Come Experience the Winter Jubilee Light Show, Ice Lounge, and Holiday Activities
Titletown’s Winter Jubilee, presented by Camera Corner Connecting Point HP and Subway, is set to kick off on Friday, Nov. 23, with a weekend of festive winter activities to help begin the holiday season.
What Time Does the Light Show Start?
The first Winter Jubilee Light Show will begin at 6 p.m., with seven-minute shows every 30 minutes until 9 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The family-friendly presentation is projected onto Lambeau Field’s outer west façade, off of Ridge Road, and will feature a new and dazzling blend of holiday-themed lights and animation, music, special effects and fireworks. Will There Be a Thanksgiving Activities?
To get an early start on the holiday weekend, Pre-Thanksgiving Eve will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 21, featuring free skate rentals for students with a valid college ID, as well as campfires, Old Fashions and cornhole. The ice skating rink and 46 Below will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 22, for Thanksgiving.
What Will Thanksgiving Weekend Hold?
Friday through Sunday will include a variety of additional programming to celebrate the beginning of winter and the holidays. All Winter Jubilee events are open to the public, with all activities free unless otherwise noted:
• Titletown Ice Lounge: This new, temporary, climate-controlled structure includes interactive ice sculptures and “drinks on ice.” The Ice Lounge will debut at 4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 23, and will be open various hours Saturday, Nov. 24, and Sunday, Nov. 25, for ice sculpture viewing. • Santa’s Lodge: Children can visit and take photos with Santa at 46 Below between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sunday.
• Ornament Decorating: Embellish free, felt ornaments to take home from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday in Rockwood Terrace.
• Cookie Decorating and Hot Chocolate Bar: Decorate and enjoy free cookies and hot chocolate from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday in Rockwood Terrace.
• Kids Yoga: Kid-friendly yoga will be held Sunday, Nov. 25, at Rockwood Terrace from 1:30-2:15 p.m. Reservations are required and can be made at packers.formstack.com/forms/kids_yoga.
• Pound + Peppermint: Rock out, work out and get in the holiday spirit with a Pound class, followed by non-alcoholic peppermint beverages. The class uses lightly weighted drumsticks and combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. The class is full. Is Titletown Hosting a New Year’s Eve Celebration?
The holiday events will culminate in Titletown’s inaugural outdoor New Year’s Eve celebration – Titletown NYE hosted by WIXX – with extended tubing and skating hours, special activities for all ages and a midnight countdown leading up to the new year.
Will Tubing Be Available?
Ariens Hill, the tubing hill adjacent to the ice skating rink, will open in the coming weeks, as soon as weather conditions are favorable for making snow. This year’s tubing hours and admission prices are also available on Titletown’s event page.
