Leasing office now open, with limited units still available for lease.
Titletown Development LLC, the real estate development arm of the Green Bay Packers, today hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house for TitletownFlats, the seven-story apartment building on the west side of Titletown.
TitletownFlats, located along Brookwood Drive and Marlee Lane in the west end of Titletown features 152 luxury units, ranging in size from studio to three-bedroom flats. Construction is nearing completion and residents will begin moving into the apartment units on Nov. 1.
Limited units are still available with leases beginning in November. Prospective residents are invited to stop by the leasing office on the building’s first floor and take a tour.
Residents will enjoy exceptional access to deluxe amenities inside and outside the building, with the vibrant Titletown community and its daily activities and frequent events all year-round right at their doorstep. The building includes a two-story Amenity Center, which includes everything residents may need for comfortable, exciting living right at their fingertips: lounge space, a game room, community kitchen and drink bar and co-working spaces. Residents can utilize a fitness center with interactive cardio equipment, strength training equipment including TRX, and a yoga studio. TitletownFlats residents will also have access to an outdoor grilling area and patio with fire pits, a sun deck, a private resident only dog park and a heated underground parking garage. Storage and electric car-charging stations will also be available for residents.
